Went to the local fruit shop today and made the most of the summer bounty. 10 kg of over ripe tomato's and 20 over ripe red peppers quickly became Tomato Passata for the cooler months.
We also put down 2 batched of Raspberry liqueur and 2 batches of boysenberry liqueur ready for the winter after dinner treats.
