Storms and hailstones today?

It's raining here , seams like it's set in for the day :p
 
I planned to remove our patio doors and refit a new set this weekend, but the rain has enabled me to sit on my arse watching tv instead. I've got loads I could be getting on with, DIY, the black zed and some other bits and pieces but I just can't be arsed.
 
Ok, so I've had enough of the rain now because it's just grey and damp. Thought we'd at least have a bit of a spectacular thunderstorm, but nothing.

I'll have the sunshine back now please! :cool:
 
I was looking forward to a good thunder storm.

I witnessed a good one in Florida a couple of years ago, and it was quite a moving experience.

Although I know they can be really destructive over there when the go really bad.

I guess we're lucky in the UK in that the weather rarely gets so bad that it threatens our lives and property.

Sunshine due to return next week I hear.

Love to sit out and watch a good Florida thunderstorm. They can always manage to do stuff bigger and better.
