No Pavement parking, just thinking that a Mob scooter toppling of a kerb could scuff with mini tyres and gouge with wheel nut and
the middle scratch top edge of the mini wheel.
I have seen some the Youtube videos of the mobility scooter accidents in this area, shocking.
