im quite a busy chap, and due to various family members aliments (mainly the mother-in-law) i can never be away for too long, most events/meets all seem to be quite far from me (except for zedfest, which although is fairly far i am determined to attend ) take a look at the zed map, there appears to be a fair few members here in the midlands, so - thoughts and ideas for a gathering please
before anyone asks - no we cant have it on my drive (unless you all want to bring polishing kit then you can have a go at my Montreal blue z) traveling 50 -60 miles would be ok for me, maybe a little more if i have too=))

We are within your circle and have thought about organising a meet but just don't have the time. We both work full time and have other commitments which mean spare time is at a premium.

yes same for me too, but this year i am going to try. (oh yeh thought i might add, the circle is just a visual aid for the amount of members in this area, im in no way saying we are better than anyone outside this circle=)))

Grafham Water is within your circle,Littlefeller/Gail, how about a meet for a natter and a cup of tea, or Coffee in a couple of weekends time. Meetup at the Grafham Water Center Car park, PE28 OGW. Perhaps a drive round the reservoir after.

Nice idea @EnthuZiaZT .... the weekend two weeks from now will be tricky though as the Sunday is Mother's Day.

We can make it the weekend after if you wish Gail, may be better weather. Say March 20th

Will see what we are doing as well.

i could be up for this, it is a little far but if we can get a few to attend then yes:thumbsup:

how do i tag someone?

I've always enjoyed the Cotswolds never really created a route though

We are way out of that circle and the events we have done always turn into a round trip of 200 300 miles
Even the nearest events that Stacey puts on are over an hour away and 60 70 miles just get to the event start. Which is fine but understand nearer events to ones home might be nice at times saves on cost and it is a classic after all .
You don't always want to pound the motorways for hours and miles and miles occasionally it's fine for great events but not always possible for many reasons.
Think lots would like things a little nearer at times.Hertfordshire by the way.
Some cars are more capable of longer distances as well.

We might come along @Gail :p
I've replied to the other thread ;)
It's about 120 miles for us one way :)
Fingers crossed we can make it :)

It will be lovely to meet you @Gail :p
Feels like I know you already :)

Morning @EnthuZiaZT :p
I've just replied to the other thread ;)

I'll see if I can get Saturday night off work ;)
Thank you for thinking of us :) )
