Like yours Alex, ours are somewhat reluctant to venture above ground. Too cold and dull here !
On the plus side, living on top of a hill we have good drainage and so the lawns got their first cut this year.

Ours have now had a first 'high' cut too. Tub of Iron Sulphate has arrived, want to get the moss a bit earlier this year. Might have to ask Paul when is too early !

Yes, Spring is definitely happening. Every morning for the last few days my pond has looked like a jacuzzi , closer inspection reveals a frog orgy.
Yes. On the lake next door the local Mallards are landing in threes, the Sparrows are getting frisky and even those bloody cormorants are at it too.
