seen this on facebook, quite the opposite to chrome trim, this chap has de-chromed everything, quite effective. the more modern look.

De-blinged? Just the kidney grills and sprayed a non metallic blue with painted white wheels.....

I quite like the look. I used to have a red Mk3 Golf GTi with white 5 spoke alloys that looked the dogs, (to me anyway)
My thoughts too. The only chrome on most Zeds is around the grills and boot lock
I think it would have looked better on black wheels, white wheels seem to spoil the overall effect.

Nice looking car and I do like the look very much, except those wheels would be a nightmare to keep clean!
I agree the while wheels would be a bi*** to keep clean but I like the look. I liked the MX5 that they did on WD a few years ago.

That's my kind of look, already changed the chrome grills to black and even bought black ACS pedals and will keep going till all or as much chrome as possible has been replaced! JIM

chrome is one of those things that seem to come and go into car fashion, i have noticed quite a few (ford included) have gone down the audi root and now sell cars with chrome window surrounds, i was sat at the roundabout a couple of days ago and i hadnt noticed before just how many cars have the chrome window trims.
