Well I almost wasn't going tomorrow, wasn't just the glue that melted.
:(:(:(:(:( Don't like the sound of that mate.

Tony.

As they get fairly hot, it decided to melt the glue I'd done them with (hot glue). Plus one started to flash so I took them off again to try and reattach them with super glue. Got them back in and wired up and the one that was flashing was no longer working, shortly after I could smell burning although wasn't sure if it was the neighbours BBQ but then I saw the smoke. Don't know if it was the superglue or a short in the wiring so I've taken them out for now

They were fitted in the fog light blanks though, behind some tinted film so they are hidden.

The triple set looks great. Shame you needed to remove them.

No fog lights on mine so I fitted strips of 12 led's diagonally across the blanks. They are off ebay and supposed to be waterproof but they are not. Have had some of the led's fail over the year, when a few more give up will look at replacing them.

Don't know how waterproof these ones are either as I've had to modify them but they are pretty cheap so I'll do some experimenting.
I forgot to ask you about these today Dave, glad there was no serious damage when they "got hot" mate.

Tony.

They do look really slick, very neatly done giving it an OEM look.
