'Take it off' - yes, but where do you put it?

The answer is probably that by the time you have removed the cover you are soaked through, and so fed up with the useless if fashionable thing that you just leave it by the roadside for the next fashion-concious mug . . .
Thing you have to remember Mike is as I've mentioned elsewhere on another post about the photoshopped "Z3 Coupe" and the comment about it looking better than the original Z3 M Coupe, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Lots of people do like the look of these covers and as the description on the manufacturer's website states they are very easy to fit/remove and Lee mentioned they fit neatly in a storage bag in the boot. So if people want to spend their money on buying a cover to enhance the look of their the same as changing wheels, headlights, brakes, colour changes, decals etc so be it. It's their money and their car.

Its meant to be as easy as a tonneau cover to fit and remove.
Any way i have watched the item on ebay for a few days as i am undecided due to shipping from the states and potential damage that may occur and if i want risk it, the seller has already offered a bit of a discount.....

Point is taken Mike, but if the owner is just having a blast out for the day on the moors etc all he'll have is a flask and a pack of sandwiches in the boot, so plenty of room for the cover if required. If he was going on on a long trip, then either don't take it or have a back up vehicle. It's called planning.

I don't want to belabour the point either Mike. However I think you don't get the point that even though it maybe impractical in some situations. The fact that some people might not like the look of it and think it's just a fashion statement doesn't mean that if an owner fancies buying one because he really does like the appearance if may give to HIS vehicle, go for it, it's his choice.
Again, Eye of .... .......... and all that.

I look forward to seeing if any owner does buy one of these covers as I personally like the look of them and it would be great to see one in the flesh at a car show. The example in blue that Lee put on his post looked very good. Just my opinion though, others may disagree.
