Spedometer kph to mph conversion

Hi, I have a 2001, 2.2 facelift imported from Japan. Does anyone know a company that can convert the dial to MPH and convert the 84000k to miles while
retaining the vehicle history held in the instrument ? Thanks in anticipation.

I've bought a converter that clipped into the back of the Speedo for a Japanese import bike before, that converted the cable output to MPH. Not sure if the speedo on a Z3 is cable or pulse though.
They are fairly easy to take apart and change.
