Hi @pgunter just wondered if you had chance to find any info r.e hotels in the local area ? Regards.
 
@Steven Bostock I have been looking over the last few days .. Apart from the normal Travel Lodge and Premier Inn, the actual list is very sparse.

On the travel lodge web site, Fleet and Farnborough Central are not far.

On the Premier Inn You have the choice of Fleet and Farnborough West ( Southward)

Apart from that I am sure if you want to dig deeper into the pocket Such chains as Holiday Inn and Best Western will have some around the Farnborough Area. It is a minefield and one of the job which I am always nervous about as some hotels will be better than others, even within the same hotel chain.

Thanks Paul i appreciate you researching hotels etc,i'l have a look at these.
Not fussed about any thing posh its just some where to sleep for 2 nights.
Really want to join this cruise it sounds great :cool:

@Steven Bostock I'm staying at the Camberley PI the night before and the Crawly PI the day of the meet. Already booked but prices going up. £35 and £30 respectively.

That's useful to know. I haven't decided yet if I'll be coming along but if I do I'll need a hotel for at least the Saturday night.
 
They will go up and we will have to cap the numbers soon otherwise we won't be able to park in Cowdray or at The Devils Dyke lol... Get you names in Asap...
 
Please can I add my friend (Allwyn D) plus 1 passenger who has now confirmed he can come, and also a passenger for me, so 4 of us in two cars.

A big thank you to @pgunter for adding my big Sis and Brother-in-law to the list (3 Series Bi-turbo Diesel) not a Zed but better than bringing their 3.4 Boxster as that would just be bad form. Don't get to see them often due to the distance involved.

Getting tight and I think we are nearing the max we can get parked at the Devils Dyke.. As long as people don't mind double parking. @mwpe and @GazHyde have both offered to take a group each.. I think the max we are going to be able to get is realistically about 12 per group. So numbers will be limited when we get to 36.

So that means @chrissyboy you are more than welcome. @Andy McDonnell this should be a good one. Might need your help in marshalling the numbers at each stage too. lol..

DO you require Bacan or Veggie option for the start point @chrissyboy ?

Long shot but I'm no longer staying in the Camberley Premier Inn on the night of the 19th Sep (before the meet/cruise on the 20th). Stopping elsewhere and driving in on the morning, If you want the room it's night only with no breakfast @£35.

As I say, a long shot but there if anybody wants it.
