I may be on my own here but I think name badges are a good idea, we had them on a cruise sometime ago. With such a large number of people badges showing user name and real names means your not constantly asking who someone is and then forgetting. Just a sticky label would be ok. Mind you being on crutches and in a wheelchair might make me standout as Mrs Mint lol

Well I've been in Southampton since dinner time yesterday and it''s been persisting it down well into last night. Was proper rain as well, like god stood above laughing at us all. Got up at 5am and it appears to have dried up a bit. Fingers crossed you get good weather this weekend.

I've been in Southampton all this week. It was coming down in buckets yesterday. Todays been good though. Hoping I get a good drive home to Truro tomorrow though

Steve forecast is dry from Thursday onward so not rainy mind you weathermen have got it wrong before

The forecast i saw earlier today said scattered showers in the Midlands but dry down South,so i'm gonna be driving on wet roads ...in the dark .

Please note due to the numbers now involved we are finishing short of Devils Dyke as we would take over the whole area at the top. We have a great finishing location, being a nice little transport cafe who are staying open longer for us. Good food too.

Please see me on the day as I have some printed vouchers for you to get a reduced Tea / Coffee with a Raisin Cookie at Cowdray Farm Shop Cafe.

This is the new Corporate HQ of BMW UK.

Gary and myself met with the people at BMW UK today (8th August) We are going to be one of the first to hold a meeting at the new HQ. As they will be putting on staff for us for the meeting, Gary and Myself will be arriving early to arrange things in the car park in front of the three main buildings that the BMW group are located in. We have been given access to the area for our starting location as well as BMW supplying 'Bacon Rolls' and Tea / Coffee. If anybody requires a veggie option can they please PM me as soon as possible. I will also need any addition people who might be coming to post on the thread so that numbers can be passed to the catering team. They will also be putting on show a Z1 and a Z8 from the BMW Collection for us. I hope that as we are going to be one of the first, it will be a start of a good relationship with BMW. The main corporate public relations director is making this happen for us. I will say its been hard working behind the scene but in the end I hope we can all have a great day.

After the initial meet up and chatting, depending on the numbers we can leave in groups and head to the next coffee stop at the Cowdray Farm Shop Cafe.

So far I have the following confirmed and if you want to be added, please comment on the post or PM me please also mention if you are brining a passenger so that I can confirm the numbers. Thank you.

Well after the positive feed back regarding the New Forest 2015, I have decided to be a mug and organise another run but this time along the Central Hampshire roads and then the South Downs.

The route attached is just for a taster, as it will have to be finalised and areas confirmed.

I even escaped early from work today too, then ended up at a crawl for the last 4 miles through Tintwistle etc to get onto the motorway into Manchester. Took us 3 hours instead of the usual 2.
