Just wanted to give some positive feedback on a recent interaction with Soper Parts. When I checked the fault codes on Rosie it was showing a PO365 (Camshaft Position Sensor B Bank 1) error. No specific symptoms, just checked as I had a code reader.

Email them with the last 7 digits and the fault code and asked for the relevant part, not realising there were 2 sensors which could be at fault. So, they checked with the technicians and advised the most likely was the intake sensor.

Part ordered (nice price too!), fitted and first time fix :)

Just like to add some more positive feedback- enquired on some parts for my wife's X3 on Monday night, had prices on Tuesday morning which were cheaper then my local dealer even with my BMW club discount, order placed and parts delivered today all very well packed - excellent service - thanks to Mark and his team

yep +1 from me too, ordered 2 x exhaust tips, hassle free transaction and part delivered in a couple of days :)
 
I know that cheap parts is always a bonus, but sometimes it's the task of understanding which parts we need buy in the first place, would these guys be approachable to provide a clinic, technical service for the site as well, for the ones that cannot be picked up by code readers?

I am looking for a simple forum section for technical Q&A, provide a symptom, soper advise the potential issue and remedy.

Just a thought to be worked upon...........

That's a good idea, and I will add that to the list and see what I can come up with. Would be great to be able to provide something like this!
 
Contacted Sopers mid last week re head cover profile gasket and internal profile gaskets/O ring - parts arrived today. Good dialogue in confirming parts and price - nice guys to deal with.
Need to find time to do the job now!
 
Here's my cup holder, fitted this last weekend waiting for armrest from Southernboy, supplied by Soper's and delivered here to me at work. Excellent service guys, many thanks.

Sounds like you fellows have found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!! It's hard over here to get answers from techs protecting their paycheques. A Q&A would definitely be appreciated with the RHD segments in my car should I need them. JIM
 
Sopers are the real deal, VERY helpful, know their stuff and give you a good deal, plus a discount if you quote the website. I wouldn't use anyone else. So:drinks: to the Sopers team!
