Previously owned a Mazda MX-5 (well actually the EUNOS ROADSTER) jap import. Rust eventually killed it. Always wanted a Zed. Much better looking car than the MX-5. Still plenty of room for hair dresssing equipment.
Nice shot of a 2Sqd two man, two fan swing wing angel of death

Mid life crisis Wanted a Cosworth to accompany my Freelander TD4 daily drive and our Ford Galaxy family car. Saw Bella by chance and am now sat here with a stupid grin 24/7! Couldn't be more happy, what a great car!
And is just the beginning! She will always surprise you...:)in a good way!

Wasn't looking for another car but when the father in law crossed the bar, he left behind his Z3. It sat in their garage for 2 years on axle stands, only being pushed out into the sunshine once a year so the logs could be delivered to the back of the garage. She couldn't sell it as there were too many memories but after a conversation with the missus and her mum, they agreed we could look after it. 6 months later we gave her the money anyway and now it's officially the family heirloom. When the time is right, my kids will have the pleasure of driving it and maybe even owning it long enough to hand to their kids.

But I am a sentimental sod.

Will definately be at the finish line, come hell or high water.
Hoping to get a blue card for the whole day, but just got another wee nipper and i've already called a full day off for the British F1...

She'll cave in, I just need a bit of time. :)

Just spotted this post and thought i would contribute
bought the Zed as a project really ( but it was better than first thought , but does still need bits doing but for the cost i could not turn it down) as i sold my classic 1976 Honda 400/4 motorcycle which i built from scratch, pic attached
my wife would never ride on it , so it had to go as it never got used. as much as i am a biker at heart the Zed is much better and no looking back only forward to maybe a Z4 one day who knows.

My story

I changed job, lost company wheels and had to get something as the wife used the other car daily

so bought this

after a list of problems the head gasket went, "that's it i am selling it" i said to the wife, after only 2 months of ownership

speaking to a friend on the phone, he said look at z3's , i can't afford one of them i said

that weekend i bought this £2500 45,000 miles full service history

This is it coming out the garage we bought it from

And the rest is history
Cracking deal. I paid that 2 years ago for a pre facelift with 125000 miles on the clock, I reckon even that was good.
