My wife tells me I'm OCD, been here for ten years :) everything has a place and there's a place for everything
Me too captain, but in the house it's just being tidy she says. I hate untidy workspace and dirty tools too. Got my a..e kicked many times as an apprentice for not cleaning and replacing tools that it becomes second nature.

My garage changes every now and then.
We have redone the house 2 years ago. It included doubling the garage space.
So every now and then, I'm still "improving my setup".

And as I do work a lot in the garage, 20-25% of the time is to cleanup after having worked in the garage.

Just yesterday I made a second rack 4 of meters for putting rims & tires (first one of 6,5 meters wasn't enough).

The only moment a garage should be nice and tidy is when you have just arranged everything (and that's when people take pictures).

I will go and take some pictures of how my garage is now and will post them (don't be scared, as told, I'm at the moment rearranging part of it).

As said, just went there to take some pictures.

Picture taken from the garden to the back of the garden (left is the older garage - right the newer extension):
The older one has a garage door each side (so that it is possible to get into the garden through the garage). With the extension we've also created an access via a gate (a part of it is on the right of the picture).

Inside the old garage...doing some rearranging: new tire-rack on the top-right.
Lawnmower is on the right just outside of the picture

New extension: lot's of work in progress.

Did't even close the closets (as said, this is my garage as-is - normally I would tidy-up for real pictures):

Oh, forgotten that the addic has become partly "garage" as well as all the fiberglass is being made there :)

Those are 2 car-nooses that are on the wall.
I already have all the lights etc, but still have to fix them....still too much to do
Just enlarged the pic and had another look, just for decoration then, like it.......:beer
Thinking about it, that could work in the lounge.

Was thinking about making one with car-speakers in the headlights and a car-stereo unit in the bumper-air-vent.
