Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but what the hey. Had an idea about a parts cleaner a while back, and saw a clip about it on youtube a couple of nights ago so I've decided to remove my finger and get on with it.
Starting with some bits


Bit of drilling and screwing later


Bit of hacking about at some spare wood





First test piece, not very dirty, but it'll do



And press the button


That was all the stuff I had, so a quick trip to Home Bargains in Pwllheli for some more


Leave it for a while


Well pleased with that result, so here's some seriously manky carbs that'll go in next

Just in case anyone cares, there is now a bigger (and therefore better) version now, big enough to take the cylinder heads off my Honda, and it did this to one of them.

Not perfect, but for less than 30 quid it's not a bad little thing. Chuffing noisy, just like a sander normally is.

Take a look at the label on your detergent bottle! I think that's the answer personally, certainly quicker.
