Salt, we don't like salt
My wife and I are supposed to be driving from Hinckley to Oulton Park for a JLR day tomorrow. I’m guessing the M6 up to J16 will be clear, and maybe the A500 to Nantwich, but the final stretch to Oulton Park may be more tricky - does anyone know what that area is like please?
We are in Lincolnshire and have it bad, it was a real struggle to get home and there where 3 cars in a ditch within 100m

Just looked out of the window, there is a Z3 under there, look at the height of the snow on the bin's and the wall

A 3.2 earthquake in Cumbria today, and snow. It's all kicking off 
Never saw a gritter or plough all day till I'd just about cleared the piece in the middle of the dual carriageway and a tractor with a blade on came past. Talk about taking the P.

Had to do it for the past 38 years Mike. Have no choice if I want to turn right towards Lincoln mate. You have to keep.your wits about you though. There was one young woman in a Corsa she was like a rabbit in the headlights, scared shitless staring up the road, doing about 10mph. About 10 foot off her rear bumper a guy in a VW van and another right on his bumper. Accident waiting to happen.

What people forget over here, some of the older motorway bridges have not got the under tarmac heating.
