Just like to say a big thank you to Sarah @Girls.love.bmws.2 and Sebastian for all their hard work in organising the Snake Pass meet today. The event was very well organised, well attended and great to see so many beautiful cars in such gorgeous countryside. We even got the sunshine :)

It was evident to me that all of the Zorg members who attended put a lot of effort into preparing their cars for the meet and the Show 'n' shine competition afterwards. You all deserved to win a prize so I thought I would share the trophy with you all.

Thank you also to Sytner of Sheffield for donating the prize (and for bringing the i-8 for us all to drool over) - I will be in to see you very soon :)

It is always nice to put faces to the names and to meet new people - Liz and I had a great day, thank you all.

Dave

Pity i could not make it. But just too much to do with going on Euro cruise on Thursday. Looks like a good turn out and also a good weekend to boot.

Certainly sounds that way mate, Sarah and her fella should be proud that they put on a great day for you all. Maybe next year , if it becomes a thing! Did you and Liz take both cars?

Tony.

Left the Z3 at home @t-tony - would have been nice to have them both there today but Liz tells me that she likes to keep me company - must be lurve !!!

Besides, if she wasn't beside me I would think I had gone deaf lol.

Maybe next time - are you going to the Shepshed meet?

are you going to the Shepshed meet?
It's possible Dave, mainly depends on impending family occasion. So I can't commit for definite.

I would like to thank Sarah and Seb for an fantastic event - tbh you could not tell it was the first one arranged! Great to put faces to cars - and was totally amazed how many 28i were there! Cant wait for next year - and its great to know that I am not abnormal in cleaning my car. And well done to Giz and Paul - fantastic examples and there was so many - and picking the winners would have been an difficult decision. However @ shepshed i bring an bag of bird poo - just to open up the game PMSL

Thanks Sarah @Girls.love.bmws.2 for the arrangements.
It was great to see all the cars there and thanks to Dave and Colin for my rescue at McDonalds in Meadowhall. :thankyou:

Plan was to meet all you guys at the SIP at 1000. Went to McDonalds and stopped the car and the little monster wouldnt start, AA called :nurse:. We saw Dave pull up at McDonalds , We were going to go back home but when we spoke to Dave and he said we could follow him up with Colin and then meet John, it seemed a shame to turn back to Immingham , battery at fault so new battery bought.:depressed: Just shows what a great bunch the Z'ed owners are. Thanks Guys had a great time, sorry couldnt stay for the show and shine but needed to get back....trouble with running your own business. Sorry @Toby, didn't get chance to say bye, perhaps see you around the roads of Grimsby.

But now I know I need to do a lot to the baby to get it up with the standard of you guys. Wheel refurb next on list... when I can save up.(£109 for battery and £77 air con refill would have nearly paid for them :()

Well done Dave for the win, must have been all that help with the bugs....lol. xx:thumbsup:

Hope to see you all again. :coolsteer)
