Smashed IT

Just a quick update on my weight loss goal. Today i weighed myself and hit my second target which is to get to 12st 7lb This now means i have lost 1st 7lb in the last 3 months of starting down the fitness and eating better route. The last time i weighed 12st 7lb was 10 years ago Next target is 12st dead (which i probably will be) =))

Yep really good mate. Weighted in at 14.3 which has a loss of 1st 3lb. Just 3lb to go for me. Did a 7km run last night so all is going very well. Well done in your achievements mate. It takes some doing I know.

Glad I don't have this problem but its all down to DNA and inbreeding......

Well is was weight day today. Only got 4lb to go to get to 12st. Have now lost a total of 24lb since March. Mind still have not got rid of the belly fat that is a right bugger to shift.
 
I've got my target weight but I am struggling to get rid of the final "tyre" aswell. I think mate it's more about crunches and stuff than cardio for that bit.
 
I have hit the Dumbbells for the last 2 weeks. I start off with the 10kg each and do 5 exercises and then 15 mins X trainer then use the 5kg each do the crunch and abs workout between then jump on X trainer for 15 mins then repeat and finish with another 15 mins x trainer i do 40 crunches and 40 sit ups

Quick update. I have just reached my target weight for my holidays of 12st 2lb. So thats a total of 1st 12lb lost in 3.5 months.
My new target is now 11st 10lb so only 6lb to go. Trouble is i will probably put a stone on when i do the Euro Holiday
 
Well done mate. I've lost just short of 2 stone in around 4 months. Happy as I am but if I loose another 1/2 or so that would be ok but no more.

My ideal weight is 11.7 but dont think i will make that in my lifetime. Reckon if i lose the 6lb then should of got rid of the belly fat. I have already lost 4 inches of my gut
 
I am glad i decided not to throw away the t-shirts that dont fit =))

They tell me 13.6. I'm 13.13 now so its achievable if I put my mind to it.
 
My weight has been a little slower the last 2 months as i have taken to weights as well as cardio. So the muscle mass has added a couple of extra lbs i would imagine

Yeah it will mate but it's a healthy add on so its fine. Long as the gut has gone!
