Smashed IT

Well done mate. I'm having a day off today. Back to it tomorrow.
It has been fairly easy to fit in with being off these last 4 days. It becomes harder now i will be back at work as i am on call for the next 13 days so it could be an issue fitting it in as i never know when i will be home
 
Achieved the best so far. 10k 38minutes 27seconds. Mind i felt it the last 1k
 
Well i have managed to do 50k on the cross trainer in 7 days and also 2 sessions on the HIIT

Did not have my Fitbit on as i have borrowed that to my Daughter. I think my heart monitor would of been a lotter higher than the average =)). Happy with the way things are still going. Weight now down to 12st 12lb
 
Now that i know i can do the HIIT again i will now mix it up each day. Plan is to do Day 1 HIIT + 10K. Day 2 10K. Day 3 HIIT. Day 4 HIIT + 10K. Day 5 HIIT. DAY 6 10K. DAY 7 10K or day of rest
 
Well i seem to have hit a bit of a weight plateau and it has crept up to 13st dead. I have not changed anything and i am still eating the same. I know this can happen as your body gets used to the exercise and so burns less calories. So as of today i have mixed it up to kick start my weight loss again.
Now the routine is 4 HIIT Exercises 10 minutes X Trainer 2.6k at 16.2 kph then repeat 4 times with different HIIT Exercises finishing off with a final 5 HIIT Exercises.
This now means i do 10.6k on the cross trainer and 5x HIIT within the 60 Minutes. So i have upped my time for exercising to 60 minutes from 40 minutes.
Lets see what happens now

Wow fair play mate. Yeah shes took to it well. No target's yet. She gets on it, does bout 45 mins and gets off again. Whats your calorie burn on that?

I have not used my fitbit for a while Daughter pinched it. But i would imagine based on when i did 30 mins around 600 cal. They reckon between 8 and 12 cals a minute but taking into age and weight that is what i would expect.
 
Don't do lbs over here, had to convert (12 stone and 9 pounds is 80.29 kilograms.)
How tall are you? Body to weight ratio and all that.

I am aiming for a target of 12st then i can just start to maintain my weight instead of wanting to lose it
 
Do you go backwards as well @billz? I'm 6"1 and aiming for 14st. If i don't look to gaunt I'll go to 13"6. I was 14"10 last week, weight day tomorrow.

Not yet Dave i am aiming to do 15k for around a week then will start mixing it up
