And to be fair to Rag Heads, the local shop owner (just got back after another booze run) is iraqi with a lovely wife and family and they are the nicest people you could ever meet.
The only reason they are here is because us and the Yanks bombed the crap out of them.

We can't do those things as the inspectors are out trolling for places that lock patrons in even if it's a private party.
