When England win this game, and they will, I just can't be bothered at the moment to try and work out where they will be on the leader board with this new bloody stupid points system.....:mad:

England's worst half of rugby under Eddie Jones, a mess of sloppy kicking, penalties at scrum and breakdown and lack of mental speed as well as physical impact. The home dressing-room will not be a pleasant place to be.
 
Connie Jeffrey: Wouldn't be surprised if Italy planned that try. WHAT.IS.HAPPENING.

Theo Bowyer: England's indiscipline is suffocating their whole strategy... deserved half time lead for Italy. Eddie to read the riot act!

Meer Shah: Payback by Italian as England are simply outsmarted at the break. A mighty talk needed by Eddie to resurrect England.
 
There's little questioning that Italy's half-time advantage is anything less than deserved.
England saw slightly more of the ball towards the 40 minute mark, but they've hardly ventured into the Italian 22...

"A difficult game, and a test for the team. We found something out there that we've never needed to before.

"We're full of respect for them today and they proved very difficult to break down.

"We wanted to play quicker down at the ruck. I was confused by it. The guys adapted well, we took the game line. We found a way.

"Every international team is very competitive. Their mauling threat is huge and we conceded way too many penalties.

"We have a down week next week, and there's plenty for us to work on."

“It was a little bit bizarre and it took us time to adjust.

“Italy were always going to come here and try different things, we didn’t expect that and I’ve only seen it once before.

“I don’t think anyone knew what was going on. The only ones who knew what was going on was the Italians.

“I asked the referee not how to deal with, I asked him what the law was.

“We’ll go away and learn from this. Things didn’t go well this afternoon but we’ve got two weeks to go away and learn."

Just as they did against Wales, they run out of steam, No improvement from England just the Italians gave everything in the first half nothing left for the last twenty minutes.

Well done Scotland, a deserved trouncing of the Welsh Team.

Good game by Wales, not the result I was expecting. As for tomorrow its going to be a very interesting afternoon. A good performing Scotland out to spoil a so far very lustre England's run of wins. We have yet to see England play convincingly in this tournament so looking forward to kick off.
 
Sorry sports fans, a bit late with this post, was side tracked by a bit of pussy, my neighbours cat walked in, so I had her on my lap, purring away, I am a big softy at heart you know..... :)

Wales survived an Ireland fightback to claim a pressure-relieving win and hand England a chance to clinch the Six Nations title against Scotland.

Great game so far, just get really fed up with the shadow cast over the field when the cameras zoom out.....:(

France played excitingly for about 90 seconds in that half but it was enough to carve out a narrow lead.
