What did @Tom Holland use to coat the section of the underside? Waxoyl? Or Bilt Hamber?

Hello , both and a little bit of elbow grease. I recommend

So BH first then WO?

Yes I used a drill with a wire brush then BH the the WO good and thick with several layers. The cans work but you need to continuously spray until done or they bung up the jets/ nozzle. This was for difficult access areas. The brush on from a tin is easier and cheaper
