Nice I'm thinking about getting my E89 done - it cleans up well but the paint is much rougher to the touch than it is on the Z3.

Years If use the the two bucket rule, 5 sponges per wash, cha.......................... Yeh that's not happening. Its taken 7 years to ruin the shine with sloppy washing so got another 7 years of throwing a bucket over her and then driving.

The difference is night and day, this was a stage 2 correction and it could have taken a bit more but I was spending petrol money on paintwork and that's never good.

Whats wrong with just leaving it out in the rain,,,,,and then get the stubborn bits off with a brillo

I tried waxing my Z3 this past weekend. It was 79-80 degrees and bright sun ( after raining all night) and wax on a hot black car didn't work so well, and there's no shade in my driveways. I'm hoping for a cooler cloudy day soon. Friday looks promising, but in Texas you never know
