my Ford mechanic (yes during the week I swap my BMW flat cap and wear a back to front Ford Msport baseball hat and turn into a Ford asbo driver :bag:) is selling an amazing Focus RS.
He’s had it for over 10yrs and basically rebuilt it from the ground up.
Runs over 430bhp and clocked at 170+ at Bruntingthorpe.
There is build thread on Pistonheads somewhere that has been running for 10yrs

It has at least 20k + worth of engine, AP big brakes, KW suspension the lot and is absolutely mint.
If only it had 7 seats otherwise I’d have it.

That's a peach, a proper Fast Ford. Even in standard spec it was an ace car and bizarrely whilst the standard BHP was 212 (if memory serves) most made more than that when dyno'd, up to 232 I believe. One would be in my garage for sure.

Lovely cars.

I was lucky to have been sent to buy one of these years ago.

It was a standard car, pretty impressive.

If I had one now not sure I'd be letting it go.

Just because it’s you Andy I tell you what - send Neil (the seller) the cash by bank transfer, I’ll pick it up next week and keep here in Kent nice and warm till you ready to collect (or I can deliver to France for you).
I’ll be up there next week to do some work on the Smax so be quick ;)
 
He’s also selling their ST3, both are going to be replaced by an new M3 - he has family now so getting a sensible car =))
Has amazing Brembo brakes and Miltek stage 2.
He does know how to tune a Ford.
