Had my respite this weekend mate. Have had pies beer and carvery. Belly feeling the effects
Had to go for a walk up a great big hill to try and get rid of some. Even managed running part way up.

My dad treated us out to a Chinese Buffet yesterday. Did a 6.5km fast walk last night to balance things a bit!

Well, 1st recce complete. Shirl has had 1.3 hrs. physio on her poorly back as we covered 56 miles in fairly quick time on typical country roads with a little A road thrown in. Maybe some alterations but we need to be back at the Swan for 1.00pm to get our lunch sorted with Paul and Julie. Might need to be leaving from Torksey with the 1st group at 11.00 sharp.
