I have to say i never really use auto trader at all.As most is trade i think its one of the most expensive places to look on the market.
The market is flooded with z3's alot of 1.9's but many of them.
To us in the know the 2.2 is attractive with its power plant etc but for most at the beginning a Z3 is a Z3 and alot will buy cheaply.
If your very particular about what you want when buying you look for the right car.
Alot of people don't realise what they have and the price is low as they look at market perception so many bargains to be had.
A nice car and more than i paid for mine but classed it as a good buy.
What interior work does it need is it just wear ?

I've sold most of my cars through ebay you create a long listing low starting to draw interest you have the right to withdraw it up to a day before end and the advitisement is free and its worldwide any buyer would want to see it if interested you deal through messaging and you just sell and remove it it costs you nothing....... Just a thought

I have my 2.2i Sport on sale (it's listed on here and other places) and like you, I haven't had a sniff. I was hoping for close to 4K for mine to fund a Z4 Si that I've got my eye on.

I thought my Z3 would fly out. I was so wrong.

Your car looks superb, well worth 3k mate.

I agree, if the exchange rate was in a better position as it was two years ago when I bought my car from the UK I'd look at your car to import. GLWTS. JIM

Hi all update on he post with mixed emotions my Z3 is sold now. Thanks to all for advice. A fair result in the current climate I think. A young new owner with a Zroadster card in his pack from me so we may see it again.
