No!I also want to buy a car wing off eBay and collect it,
if he ties a sausage to it, can I class that as an essential food journey?

I must have missed this Rob, I'll PM you my address.I offered everyone a crisp £50 note on this forum.
I never said you were, but you do come across as a bit Mr. Assertive on times. The whole point of debate is everyone gets to voice their opinion and sometimes it will differ from yours, and likewise your from theirs. And sometimes people will just take the pi55I'm not the one getting angry Niall.

Don't bring Mac into this!I blame the Roman's
Just as long as your wife sits in the bootI also want to buy a car wing off eBay and collect it,

And that is the problem. Companies are abusing the rules and not adhering to the safe working distance, staff canteens are being reported as cramped as always etc etc etc. People are terrified of going to work but are being told to either turn up or don't get paid because their firm won't do the right thing and close and sort the Gov furlough payments. Nobody would not have food in their bellies. And all this because we can't stop bloody ordering stuff! In my opinion, ordering stuff from inside my house is standing by the rules.
There are ways for the sender to stay within the rules.
As far as the courier company is concerned, the collection and delivery are essential work.
The courier company can do the job safely.
Any money spent during the crisis (especially if it is within the UK) will keep roofs over people's heads and food in their bellies.
The cynical side of me is thinking that somehow you are taking advantage of the government not making a clear statement about the use of car parts as packaging material. I immediately call on the government to crack down on this loophole, for I fear that I do not have the ability to not do this.I also want to buy a car wing off eBay and collect it,

I’m only interested in having both sides of a debate put on the table and ensuring we are all treated fairly and equally. If you or anyone else can’t see that it’s not something I can do much about.I never said you were, but you do come across as a bit Mr. Assertive on times. I've got a greenhouse coming soon, I see this as essential for my mental health as I need something to do, carrie and I currently walking about 5-6 miles a day but theres still so much time to kill, it's easy for lazy twats but not so for the rest of usIn my opinion, ordering stuff from inside my house is standing by the rules.

It's all about being sensible pal, some will always take it to the extreme and others will completely flout itI hope everyone who advocates furloughening the entire nation apart from front line/critical workers will be okay with eg 5p on their income tax next year, hundreds of thousands of long term unemployed, high inflation and the loss of their favourite businesses. Or will you just blame the government and expect them to fix it?
I think I’m perfectly capable of throwing away outer packaging when it comes into the house and washing my hands. Are you washing down every single piece of your shopping as that’s actually handled more and directly? I am btw.
If you don’t want to buy through the post don’t. I’m not telling others to do it. I’m explaining why I won’t stop. But be aware of the long term impact against the current manageable risk.
So your more concerned about your pocket than peoples health and saving lives. Strange conclusion. So your more concerned about your pocket than peoples health and saving lives. Quality.....
Not at all, just quoting what you said, or did you not say it??? You are more concerned about taxes raising to cover imminent costs than the health of warehouse pickers, delivery drivers etc, then again you probably see them as beneath you are don't care, just minimum wage workers which nobody is bothered about aslong as you can get your important stuff to your door. Utter bloody garbage.Strange conclusion.
I could equally say you’re only concerned about your own welfare and ability to put food on the table and not interested in others’. Would that be a fair conclusion because you won’t support their employment by buying by post?So your more concerned about your pocket than peoples health and saving lives. Quality.....
