I read through at least 4 tech and infosec "news" sites daily and as yet not seen anything which constitutes a real world threat. I'm not convinced I'd use it if I was in government, but for the vast majority of users/companies there is very little risk if it's used to best practices.
Everyone using any product should carry out a risk assessment, and any reports like this should trigger a review of that RA. Discussed it within our companies compliance team (which includes both company directors, our data protection officer and my self as the Info Sec officer) and we are continuing use of it.
Of course we've taken on board the recent changes and guidance, including republishing all our regular Zoom meeting and making sure staff are aware of that best practice.
Honestly some of our meetings might actually be a bit more exciting with a few unexpected people dropping in
