seat switch

Hi. im trying to replace the seat power switch on my Z3. I have the seat out the plastic trim removed and the switch back removed . I have a new switch unit ordered and arriving . what I can't seem to do is remove the rectangle switch base from the plastic cover . it should be easy . I don't want to force it as if I break the plastic trim I won't be able to fit the new switch. can't find anything on this . photos attached

ok problem solved, need 2 small flat screwdrivers one each side, push both and the unit slides about 2mm forward and the switch is free. pictures will explain better than words ;)

Yes they do like to make you think for your living. I'm sure BMW employed a team of puzzle designers for some of the switchgear. A lot of it is wildly over complex to get apart.
