Seat motor up/down

Just changed out a seat motor that wasn't going up and down, from a seat which was working.
But it still doesn't work.
What could the issue be? Wiring I assume. Or is there fuses on the Seat? Don't know what the 2 grey boxes are underneath they look like they could be fuses.

Good point. Easily swapped between seats?

Yeah think so a few screws hold the side panel on it just clips out i think.
