Seat belt guide repacement

Getting new guide part . How is it replaced ? Thanks.

So to replace an exciting guide I have to go through the above process ? Bottom half of guide is gone and can see connecter inside seat.

Southernboy sells something similar (and nicer) that fit with 4 small screws
