Update.
Accommodation.
After a few days finally found a hotel that will accept our group booking and has space and availablity for the dates
https://www.bespokehotels.com/kylehotel
The manager has agreed to take our booking this was the rates we got quoted .
Lynne emailed back today to ask about if deposit would be required still waiting for reply on that so for the moment.
Room rates £135 B&B for twin / double per night.
Single room £60 per night B&B
Dinner ,b&b available at an additional £20 per person per night ( we have emailed hotel to find out what the dinner deal entails )

Accommodation update 2.
Heard back from hotel the dinner deal would be a 3 course set menu comprising of
3 starters. 4 mains. 3 desert.
This is what they have said as far as the booking goes.
Can make the reservation now that needs to be turned into a booking by April 1st 2019
50 % deposit required ( Which is refundable up until 4 weeks from arrival date )
Then remaining balance must be paid by 4 weeks before arrival.
If the weather holds we are planning going up to do a full look at the route end of the 1st week in December get to speak to manager in person see if can bend the prices a bit but due to location got me over barrel a bit so to speak to a degree.

Route planned. ( more detailed version to follow )

Day 1
20181112_235631.jpg
Day 1 will be a full day on Skye covering most of the island.

Day 2

20181112_235607.jpg

Day 2 will be a run to applecross ( 3 rd highest paved road in UK stunning views out to Skye ) then a bit if the North coast 500 then loop back round back to hotel .
Skye and this part of Wester Ross really scenic and well worth the effort.

Due to where the run is ( bit out the way this year ) I am planning to also arrange a Friday run up to the hotel as that will be a run up the A82 through Loch Lomond National Park up over Rannoch Moor into Glencoe then on up past Ben Nevis and Fort William to the start of Loch Ness then across to base hotel right at Skye bridge.
So run to hotel an epic run in it's own right through some amazing country.

I understand this is a huge amount of miles for some ( even for me hotel is 221 mls 4 hrs 30 min drive and I stay in Scotland )
But what can I say this year's run will be sooo worth the effort .

Have added all you guys to the list date is a definite route will be along soon looking into a couple of options .
Either a base hotel or possibly a rolling route moving hotel each night ( would be interested in any feedback current interested parties have on this ) as this will partially decide the route also interested in you guys thoughts on hotels b&b or dinner b&b what's the preferred option.
Stephen.

Prefer a base, as not taking everything with us each day. But if we are able to cover more ground, happy to have different hotels each night.
Sorry not much help

Dinner, bed & breakfast works well for me as less I have to think about.=))

Mike currently looking into this area

tonight we have been looking into hotel options and routes .
Biggest current issue is further north and west you go some of the prices are like the mountains ( they suddenly become substantially larger )
Looking to bring Skye into play as pretty jaw dropping scenery about there
