And the link looks iffy !!!!!

They are coming in various forms - had an answerphone message last week basically saying that if a didn't press button 1 to make payment then I would be arrested. Supposedly from BT - must be an old debt haven't been with BT for 20+ years.

My other half had the same call only from HMRC , told her to put the phone down and I'd pack a case

Had two different twats enquiring about my recent accident, must have been a bad one as I can’t remember a bloody thing. I had some fun with the second one but played the awkward bugger with giving my info out until I got bored with it and challenged the caller on being a low life on having nothing else to do than pry on the unweary or vulnerable well words to that effect and promptly hung up on me so rude. Scum the lot of them pity they couldn’t but there energies into honest work and probably be better off.

I've had at least 6 (once 3 times in one day) telephone calls, telling me my (non existent) Amazon Prime account had been renewed for <robotic voice> seven nine point nine nine

I had the ‘about your recent accident’ one.
I replied it was terrible. When she asked what happened I said, “It was all my fault. I pulled out without looking and the truck smashed straight into me”. She then asked if I was injured, to which I replied “What do you think! I was killed instantly!”
When it went quiet I said “At least it was quick. Can you get me compensation to cover my funeral costs?”
She then put the phone down on me.
