Aaaah - it was very nice. I’m in Bucks - was fishing near Tring this morning. It’s amazing being by water as the sun rises.
Our neighbor went up the cadair idris today to cold for me and my knees been playing up a bit lol

I don’t do that anymore, I’ve had treatment. But, I used to enjoy fishing the Fossdyke Canal in Saxilby even with snow on the ground. Warm suit, Skee -tec boots etc. These days I watch them on the lake next door and think hmmmm !

I could do that in the Gulf of Mexico. Have been Tarpon fishing down the Keys 4 times. First ever Tarpon was around 60lbs and largest was close to 120lbs and longer than I am tall.

ps. Sold all my fishing tackle last year, all that is apart from my light sea tackle for Florida. We also have some light gear at the villa for guests.

That must be some experience Tony! My biggest from the canal yesterday was a 3lb pike.
. But I’m new to lure fishing and enjoying it
