Russian driver fined for his car's shadow

Harsh... They will let him off though...if that was a regular thing I'd hogg the middle lane....Probably no law against that in a developing country? Can always use the regular Russian excuse of "it wasn't me, I wasn't there,... What BUK missile launcher? Polonium?"

I love them... Can't you tell?
 
It sure would make you think twice and start using the other lanes
