Running out of room

A new breaker bar arrived this morning and had to find a space for it.
4off 22mm pipe clips later, found the only place it would go along the edge of the first shelf. Thought I better have one in advance of the heavy stuff I plan to do later in the year.
Definitely running out of room

One thing I would like clarified, are 6 point sockets better than 12 point? As all but one of my 1/2” drive sockets are 12 point ( and now fairly old and well used) not sure if I should get a set of 6 point ones.
No size labels yet though. Something else to be OCD over =))

Looks a bit OTT perhaps but the beauty of it is you can instantly see when something is missing. A lesson I learned at the end of someone's boot as an apprentice.

Its the only tidy area in the whole house =))

Rear hoses, there 2 each side ?

Tony.

I asked the same question and there are 4 on the list, but they are the same price.

o_O Eh?

Tony.

2 rear inner hoses plus 2 rear outer hoses, all @ £12 each. ( thats what he said, but now you have me thinking...better check that one!)

Had 3 parcels today.....on a saturday... Hermes just become my courier of choice =))

Set of 6 point Bergen sockets....oil and water resistant mat ( ready for the winter) and an impact driver. ( but will only use it for undoing as don't trust myself not to overtighten bolts , plus prefer to use a torque wrench.

Definitely need to stop buying stuff......but on the other hand .....

Does the impact driver have power setting Malc?

Tony.

No. Its just forward and reverse. Haven’t tried it yet but it may have a variable speed trigger, although doesn’t mention it in the booklet.
As I will only ever use it for undoing nuts and bolts then shouldn’t be a problem.

Also states its not for professional use.....ie all day every day !!! It is designed for intermittent and occasional use.
( that sums me up !!!)

You definitely wouldn’t want to use it for putting the water pump or thermostat on =))
