Run up to Edinburgh

Well I was very tempted to drive up to Edinburgh in the old girl, as a friend of mine is over from seattle.
The round trip would have been about 940 miles plus, then I looked at the time it would take me to get there.
sorry to say now flying up at more than half the cost. Maybe i'll try in the summer when the weather is better, and I can have the roof down all the way.

I drove my Z down from Edinburgh when I bought it. The best was driving through Scotland, unfortunately that only lasted an hour or two and then it was just dull motorway which got busier and as I got closer to London.
Wonder how much a car transporter would be...
