Phill and Linda came up for a quick visit and fortunately the weather was great!so we once again borrowed our friends car and took to the hills

Linda and I had a real blast. Hugh and Sarah are both fantastic hosts and trail guides. For anyone thinking of a driving holiday in the U.K., I would suggest you couldn't get much better than basing yourself in Carno, Mid Wales. Hugh and Sarah have some fantastic log cabins, which come with all the creature comforts you need. You are within an hour of Snowdonia and the delights of North Wales one way, then head south to explore the Brecon Beacons. Head west for Aberystwyth and the coast. You can't go wrong. Hugh can put you on some of the best roads you've ever driven. There are so many other attractions apart from the driving.
Sarah and Hugh, thanks for taking the time to show us round. We really appreciate it.
Who lives in the best country in the world Hugh? We do. :angelic::baa:beer

A few of our pics.
