H.O.A. Rules. NO street parking. NO parking on grasses areas (because it breaks the irrigation sprinkler heads) NO blocking the sidewalk.

Across the road when we came home last night EIGHT vehicles at one home.
The HOA will be getting a picture and letter of complaint.

Well, it's a 5 bed house like ours is so legally sleeps 10. 8 cars at 2 per car is 16 people, OK, maybe not all cars had 2 occupants (yeah right) but on previous I doubt it.
IF there was a fire and people died the owner of the property is liable for over occupation.
