Roof sealing trim piece repair

I uncovered this morning and found this:

I suspect mice - they’ve had a go at other areas of the car. Annoying since this is visible top down, tonneau on too.
How difficult is replacing this piece? I’m not sure if a localized repair is the way to go.
Any advice welcome.

It just presses into a groove so easy to get in and out. @spurs fan in a coupe will likely have one. But I'd find that mouse first.

The localised repair went ok:

Barely noticeable from 20ft.
But @Spurs fan in a coupe came to the rescue and provided a good replacement. 10mins later:

All good.
I’m letting the owls take care of the mice. Not the most effective solution but I don’t want to use poison or traps outside.
