My roof gets stuck half way on opening newbie here any ideas?

Hi Tommy
I take it that you have a power top. Is the electric motor still buzzing when the top stops moving? If so, you might be out of hydraulic fluid.
The top motor and pump is located in the left hand side of the boot/trunk. Remove the left hand side carpet and its there. You can see the plastic oil reservoir and there is a small molded circle on the side. The oil level should be in the circle. I can't remember if its when the top is fully up or fully down. There's only two choices to check.
You'll also notice the "T" bar on the side of the pump. Turn this and you will bypass the hydraulic system and will be able to put the top up and down manually.
