I let my brother use my car and during his use the roof failed to fully retract. This was a month ago and today is the first time I've seen the roof.
Firstly, it was ever so easy to use, to retract and also to close and seal.
Now, I'm really struggling to close it but perhaps that is part of a bigger problem.
The whole of the roof wants to move back (the motor is fine) because I can't easily push the initial front part part up. It seems like it's all together?
Before I'd put my foot on the brake, lift the front part simply and away we'd go but the front seems connected and not flexible like it was beforehand.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like something might be bent or has been forced in some way?
Try releasing the hydraulic pressure and cycling it manually to look for binding and misalignment's.

Today with the help of someone with his foot on the brake and his finder on the button the roof worked as it should.
I was out of the car and folded the front part back as required.
I didn't force it but I can't do it from inside the car. It's as if there's a slight resistance and I need another pair of hands.
The roof closed with the motor but I can't fasten it. It's too tight.
I can't see any obvious adjustment.
Has anyone here had a similar experience?
