I don't do intellectual papers as they don't tell the truth anymore than the Mail. So being half Welsh do I get to only pay half the tax?

A few less tourists round here would be an improvement, especially the ones who seem to have hired an enormous 4WD car for all our rural roads that they've quite obviously never driven before. Blind inconsiderate d***heads most of them.

i purposely do not use the word idea because it is used elsewhere to great use already.

when we were in Canada recently we had to buy a tourist pass to enter the Banff area and the cost was dependent on time & vehicle.

I think Wales, Scotland, Ireland and England should all enforce this - only of course if proceeds go to the tourist industry of that country and not Downing Street!
