@BMBabe is it just a session or a day?

If it is just a session how long are they and do we have a start time? And can one do more than one session? Just trying to work out timings etc.

Apologies if this was covered already in the thread somewhere.

On another note. New discs and pads on. Back to yellows now I’m hoping to see some track time. EBC say 200-300miles urban driving to bed in. That could be hard to do with how little I’m getting to drive it, a 100miles to the track from here might help anyway..

Think it's just one half hour session Dino.
But I could be wrong.

Just take the car out for an hour @Dino D and progressively use the brakes over 5 or 6 stops, do not fully stop when doing this and allow the brakes to cool off in between. Make sure you have fresh fluid in the car also.

P.S. The bits in your car from the Dakar are used to cracking on when on track ;)

The fluid that’s in there is about two yrs old - worth changing? I had a sticky calliper that got hot and has have discovered it has slightly warped the discs last year hence putting new ones on now. likely overheated the fluid I guess too.

I have to say I’m in love with the seats and wheel. I was worried they would be uncomfortable for regular use but I love them. Really makes the car for me. Certainly holds you in place well.

I’m actually having the steering on the other car (family bus Smax) retrimmed and padded to the same thickness and style of the Raid wheel, in Alcantara too. After using that a regular wheels just feel crude!

That’s looks JUST about ok for 1 session.

If you want to be taken seriously and do a whole day:
Track seats and CG Lock belt clip:

Track wheel in alcantara so you don’t slip and oversteer indicator for theirs smoking laps:

Big heavy knob alway good:

Dakar yellow stitching adds 0.1g higher corner ability.

Seriously Re the CG Lock, especially for holding you in place on standard seats, you’ll be slithering aorund otherwise I, especially in a nimble 1.9.

Nice racing seat's

Point taken.

Big Heavy knob. Yep check.;)

I have the sport seats, yes they are slippy and could send me into the passenger footwell

So Velcro ordered.....

For the cost to get it changed I would, you will kick yourself if you can only do a lap or two before you get a spongy pedal.

The steering wheel was the biggest difference for me, so glad you like the setup, the parts obviously went to a good place.
