Replacing the original sub in the oem enclosure

Thanks. What I need to see is how the 3 piece tab… goes into the slot. I tried slipping a ‘slim jim’ between back panel and tab. Then I tried pushing middle tab from front opening toward trunk/back panel while pulling up gently. It looks like middle tab has barb? The top is two pieces… and almost looks like rudimentary hinge.

frustrated.
I bought new sub… and this is the hardest part.

i refuse to break if I can solve it.

This is from Marks MOZ short video… which isn’t correct steps, but enlightening.

but I cannot see the business of how the fastener system engages.

Maybe I figure it out by pull screws from lid frame? What a PITA that would be…

Looks like there is barb… facing the inside/middle of cavity slot. So we have to get the center tab to go towrd back wall, then raise?

guessing from collateral damage show here…
