Reggie to become my daily driver.

Just read this from the beginning, so that's why you've put a poll up for jues replacement car.:) I used our Zed as a daily when I was at work, it was great to come home with the top down. It didn't reduce my enjoyment at all. What you getting to replace the Saab?

A 4x4 Dave to tow a horse box and a cheap diesel estate car. We're just spending what we make off the sales of the saab and the freelander, that way everything is bought and paid for. Much happier that way.

Well first day for Reggie to go to work and a its a lovely afternoon so I think I'll make the commute home with ones roof in the folded down position! How devine!!! :D

Take the Z out in the rain! are you all mad? o_O My new roof has yet to see the stuff and I wont intentionally be letting it. #fairweatherZedder:D

Yes so is my zed @Niall Penny. Never goes out in the rain unless were caught out. Some will say "it's a bloody car" but I intend to keep it for as long as I can get in it and running it in all weather when it's already 18 years old isn't the answer for me. Unfortunately during the car switch I need to use it daily just for the short term. Fortunately the weather report for the week is good so hopefully i shall enjoy a few runs home with the roof down as I have this evening.

There was a very cold wind as I was leaving work so I started out with the roof closed. Half way home it was so sunny I opened it and enjoyed my first top down drive home of the year. :D

@Andy McDonnell I am wiping the tears away as I type this post. :arghh::arghh::arghh:. Nice gaff tho!
In summer it's cow's s***e, which I believe they used to stick the space shuttle tiles on ........ or they ought to
Thanks, we rented it to find a place when we got up here, 4 years later .......:)

Tony.

Thanks Gaz but I don't like selling cars to people I know. Never had a bite on the arse yet but there's always a first time.

I have, and I'm with you on that one.

Sold a dear friend a lovely 306 years ago for £1500

After 18 months the head gasket went.

So rather than thanking me for 18 months of trouble free motoring from a cheap car, he whinged about it to all my other friends.
