Hi all, the rubber/plastic trim on the outside of my rear window has come loose and the edge of the canvas has come untucked, i've tried glue and double sided tape but as soon as I put the roof down and up again it comes loose. Any tips or tricks I'm missing? The rear window itself is fine so dont really want to replace it! Thankyou

The rubber trim is attached to the window. If the rubber trim is coming off, then the usual way of fixing it is to fit a new window.

I wonder if there's any other thicker trim that could be used and clipped over the canvas

If its just the canvas edge coming adrift, I usually put some black silicone underneath and tuck it back in.

It's mainly that but also the seal coming away from the window, will try some extra strong double sided tape on that and then silicone for the canvas - thankyou!

Could try gluing using hot glue gun for fixing seal and evo stick spray contact adhesive on canvas
