I have a set of 17 inch style 18 wheels to fit non staggered (currently being refurbished) and I'm thinking I may need to fit spacers to the rear. Any suggestions please?:)

You should find what you need Craig. Makes a good difference to handling.

Ive got 15mm on rear and none on front. The 20mm puts them exactly even with the top of the fender lip. I wanted alitte in so the tire doesn't throw as much crap on the car. To each his own.

I didn't but mine are 18"s and to wide on the front really. On a standard set up like yours you want 14mm on the front.

It also depends on the width and offset of the wheel. I have got OEM staggered 17 inch wheels and 20mm on the back is just right. If the wheels you have, have a different offset, it would make a difference.

Best to measure on your own car before buying as ride height impacts on where the wheel sits in relation to arch.

If it is wide body (2.8) you could likely fit 25-30mm on the rear (assuming your style 18 are narrower fronts at 7,5j)

If they are all the wider 8,5j you’ll need less spacer and none on the front.

Mine on 7,5j all around, I can’t recall offset but it’s close to a stock 17inch from wheel, I think et43

These pics show 25mm rear, could easily take 30mm as well.
I have also put 12mm on the front and no issues.
Car is about 30-40 lower than stock.

Craig please let me know how you get on, I am thinking that I need some 20mm rears and 15mm for the front. Are you going for those that fit the hub or the loose ones? Does it make a difference? Other than when changing the wheels....

You really need to get hubcentric spacers. Two types, one just slips onto the original hub (good fit) or ones that bolt to the hub and then your wheel bolts to that (a bit OTT unless you plan tracking the car + more £££)
I used 20 and 14 one my Z3 and now have them on my Z4.
