Rear springs

Was thinking of making my Z3 2.2i sport a softer ride at the rear.
At the minute the whole car judders with every bump in the road, anybody recommend a "softer" rear Spring?
 
Softer rear spring may not be the solution but replacing the rubber bushes and shocks at the rear may be the way to go.

Sounds as if the shocks or dampers are not effective as the judder is the spring bouncing and not being damped by the damper.

Also will probably be the front wishbone bushes (lollipop bushes) as well allowing excessive front to back movement of the front wheels.
 
Springs are more ride height than comfort. Juddering sounds like dampers not pressing tthe wheel to surface giving rebound.
Diff bush and anti roll bar drop links may help too:thumbsup:
