When I did them on the 2.8 project car,, they were a mess… two undid by soaking them and hammering in a hex socket… but two just rounded off and I used an erbauer (set of extractors ) and it worked no problem!!

You can quote me on it now. Tapped the 6mm hex into the hole. Using one of those telescopic wheel brace bars they came loose easy-ish. Well. that's the left side. haven't looked at the right side yet.

Of my four bolts only one argued. Unfortunately it argued a lot.
On a slightly different topic. Where do you guys recommend I get the poly bushes from? Preferred supplier?
I used Strong flex cheaper than power flex. Others seen on here are duraflex, rev shift as Pingu stated lots out there to suit your budget.
Ordered PowerFlex. Hopefully arrive befor3 the weekend. I took out the old one via the "Beam in situ" method. Hoping to get the new one in without dropping the beam further. The powerflex looks like that will work because the bulk of the bush goes in from below. One cheaper brand I looked at had half the bush going into the top and I wasn't sure I could that and the threaded bolt in without lowering the beam further.
